FAMILY PORTRAIT DAYS
Our portraits are known for their fresh & contemporary style. We are excited to offer this to your school and help raise valuable funds for your PTA. With our special Family Portrait Days, we set up a mini-studio at your school, and whole families (or just the kids if parents prefer) can come for a pre-paid appointment and get studio quality professional family photographs at a fraction of normal prices. PLUS, your PTA gets to keep the Sitting Fees (£10) from each family, plus 10% of all sales.
How Does It Work?
Family Portrait Days are a great fundraiser for every size of school - and for any large playgroup or nursery. They need very little organisation and can raise many hundreds of pounds for your PTA.
What do you have to do?
Set a date - a Saturday or Sunday (check our availability- tel. 07931 367023).Let people know! We'll supply you with a sample letter template and leaflet to email. It also helps to advertise it on the school/PTA website and Facebook page.
Book the families in 10-minute appointments on a first come, first served basis. On the photography day you'll need to arrange someone to meet and greet everyone (this is often done in shifts).
About a week after the photo sessions, you'll receive the previews to distribute - they are already pre-sorted into the family groups.
The parents return their orders - along with payment to the school over the next 10 days. You can sort through these if you want - or just leave the sealed envelopes for us to sort through. About 2 weeks after we receive the orders, the final prints are delivered to the school or playgroup - ready for distribution.
Then, receive the commission straight into the PTA account. Your PTA gets to keep the initial booking fee from each family, (£10) plus 10% commission on all sales. It is very important to get the families to pay the booking fee before the photo day - and consider anyone who does not pay, not to have booked

When Is a Good Time To Run The Family Portrait Day?
The Family Portrait Day takes place on a Saturday or Sunday. You will need to put aside the whole day and provide an area that is not overlooked by other families, the school hall is ideal. This works well all the year round,
