Raising money for charity
We are proud to be the appointed studio for the National Portrait Awards (NPA) in this area. The group was founded in 2016 by three
photographers in the south west to offer all types of professional photography to the public whilst raising money for worthy
causes, alongside a network of some ninety photographers across the UK.
To take part in any of the three NPA competitions you will be asked to make a minimum £10 donation to the relevant charity at the time of booking.
After the portrait sitting has taken place you will be invited back a few days later to a private viewing session to choose the image you would like
to enter in to the competition. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional prints but there is no obligation to do so. There will be a 1st 2nd
and 3rd prize awarded at each studio taking part, then all the 1st prize winners will go forward to the final for the chance to win the £1000 prize.
Each competition runs from the beginning of January for eleven months.
